Police have arrested 16 years old boy on August 23 on charge of sexually abusing 12 years old girl. The victim had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Kadarbona on August 22 on charge of sexual abuse. Police said that the accused was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim. The victim accused him of sexually abusing her while she was in a neighbor’s house to fetch water. The victim underwent health checkup at Ram Kumar Uma Prasad memorial hospital at Lahan Municipality-3, Siraha on August 22.
