Police have arrested 29 years old Yuv Raj Bohara of Tripurasundari Municipality-10 on August 1 on charge of attempting to rape 31 years old woman.
The victim woman had lodged complaint at Police post on July 31 against the accused on charge of attempting to rape her on July 30. He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim according to DSP Hari Prasad Sharma of DPO.
DSP Sharma said that he will be charged under the attempted rape act if found guilty. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Dunai on July 30.
