Police have arrested two people on July 18 on charge of man handling ward chairman Dhana Bahadur Khatri,59 of Bhanphikot Rural Municipality-2.
The arrested were 40 years old Ratna Bahadur Nath and 53 years old Lal Bahadur Nath according to inspector Pramod Khatri of DPO.
Duo accused are brothers according to police and they misbehaved the victim in an inebriated state. The incident is under investigation according to the police.
