The District Court of Achham has ordered to sentence 35 years old Lokendra Bahadur BC of Turmakhad Rural Municipality-3 for five years after finding him guilty on raping 25 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Dharma Raj Paudel had given the verdict regarding the case. The court had also ordered to for the compensation of Rs 15,000 to the victims.
The victim’s family had lodged complaint against the accused on June 25 on charge of rape on May 16.
