A complaint against 19 years old Kumar Bhujel of Melung Rural Municipality-3 has been lodged at District Police Office on June 8 on charge of rape on 15 years old girl.
The victim’s party claimed that she was raped by the accused on May 6.
The accused was at large after the incident however he was arrested by metropolitan police circle Kathmandu on July 7. The victim underwent health checkup at Primary Health Center in Charikoton July 8.
