Police have arrested 32 years old Mohammed Sabir of Rajbiraj Municipality-2 on June 16 on charge of raping 10 years old girl.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint against the accused at police office on June 15 on charge of raping a girl near the bank of river in Bhulbahi at Rajbiraj Municipality-3.
The accused has been arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to the police DSP Bhabesh Rimal of DPO.
The victim underwent a health checkup at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital on June 15.
