The Kohalpur Municipality has started to collect recommendation on the market monitoring . The municipality has collected the recommendations during the interaction program organized by Kohalpur Municipality in coordination with INSEC Nepalgunj and Trade and commerce federation on June 8.
Speaking at the program, CDO Ramesh Kumar KC said that the constitution has reserved the rights of consumers and may laws have been formulated on this. Consumers are being cheated and people involved on this must be brought under the legal boundary.
Vice-mayor Sanju Kumari Tharu of Kohalpur Municipality said that the monitoring action plan will be given a final structure after collecting the recommendations.
INSEC Nepalgunj coordinator Bhola Mahat said that consumer’s right must be reserved and highlighted the objective of the program.
Advocate and chairperson of consumer’s wale fare and rights protection forum, Basanta Gautam facilitated on provision and process of consumers rights.
