Police have arrested 51 years old Hari Prasad Nepali of Triveni Rural Municipality-5, Jagarbot on May 22 on charge of raping 25 year old woman.
The accused had raped the woman who is mentally retarded on the night of May 22 and the complaint against him was lodged at Police office by the victim’s family. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Police Office of Regha on May 23.
The incident is under the investigation according to the DSP Gyanendra Prasad Phuyal of District Police Office.
