Police have arrested 20 years old Alam Musalman of Lumbini Sanskritik Munciipality-6 on May 2 on charge of raping 18 years old girl.
The victim had lodged complaint at District Police Office of Rupendehi on May 1 against the accused for rape. Musalman was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim according to DSP Dilli Narayan Pandey of DPO.
The victim also underwent health checkup at Bhairahawa Hospital on May 2.
