The District Court of Khotang has ordered to sentence 15 years old boy for six years after finding him guilty on raping 10 years old girl. A single bench of district court judge had given a verdict regarding the case.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office against the accused on charge of rape on July 28.
Police said that the accused was arrested on a same day based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s party. The victim had undergone the health checkup at District Hospital of Khotang on July 30 according to the police source.
