The conflict victims Sajha Chautari have condemned the incident of statue vandalization of Ganesh Kumar Shrestha and Ujjan Shrestha of Ramechhap who were killed by the maoist rebel during armed conflict. The statues of both were made at Likhu Tamakoshi Rural Municipality in Ramechhap.
The press released by the Chautari has stated that the incident of vandalization is very sad as both statues were made in the memory of victims in initiation from conflict victim’s society.
The statement has demanded for the severe action against those involved in vandalization of the statute.
