Police has registered the complaint against 19 years old Krishna Tamata and 22 years old Ramesh Tamata on charge of killing of Satya Tamata, 19 of Raskot Municipality-1 in a direction of CDO after a news regarding the incident was published in INSEC online website. The police had registered the complaint of victim’s family after eight months from the incident according to victim Dharma Tamata.
The victim’s father Deumal Tamata had complained police of denying to register the complaint despite of demanding to take action against the accused involved.
On November 8, the victim’s family had lodged an FIR however, the police office denied of registering the complaint. After the incident, the victim’s family requested INSEC to take initiation on registering the complaint.
The news was published in INSEC online web portal and the print copy was handed over to the CDO. The incident was registered after the straight direction from the CDO to register the case according to the victim’s brother Dharma Tamata.
