Police have arrested Meena Dewan,23 of Phakphokthum Rural Municipality-7 and 29 years old Krishna Yonghang on charge of abandoning newly born infant.
Locals had recovered abandoned infant girl on the night of April 5 and informed police.
The infant baby girl was taken to the hospital for primary treatment however she died while receiving treatment at District Hospital on April 6.
