Police have arrested 23 years old Raj Kumar Lahare of Ghorahi sub- Metropolitan-10 on April 1 on charge of sexually abusing 16 years old physically disabled boy.
The victim’s party had lodged complaint at police office on charge of the abuse on March 26.
The victim underwent health check up at Rapti sub-regional hospital on March 27.
