The District Court of Siraha has ordered to sentence 30 years old Hira Khadka of Dhangadhimai Municipality-12 for one year and five months on charge of killing infant daughter.
A single bench of district court judge Devendra Paudel has given a verdict regarding the case. The convict had thrown her one year old daughter into the well and jumped into the well. The convict was arrested by the police on September 15.
He thrown his daughter into the well over a domestic dispute. The postmortem of the body was conducted at Uma Prasad Murarka Hospital on a same day. He was remanded in custody since September 26 by the court order.
