The cadres of Nepal Communist Party misbehaved Dr Kaushal Oli of District Health Office, Kalikot on February 2.
Dr Oli was misbehaved by smearing black soot on to his face by the cadres led by NCP district member Lalijung Shahi.
The cadres accused Oli of financial anomalies in the hospital. He was on the mission to treat Jamuna Sahakari of Sanni Triveni Rural Municipality-4 who was suffering from labor pain. The victim however died according to CDO Raj Kumar Dulal.
