Nine polling centers of East Rukum are out of contact as there are no communication facilities. The voters and staffs deployed in this area has no means of communication except the telephone set used by security.
Polling centers of Rainmamaikot, Arjul, Hukam, Pelma, Jang, Kharabang, Kol and Ransi under Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality and Polling centers of Sisne under Sisne Rural Municipality are out of contact.
According to chief polling officer Durga Bhushal of eastern Rukum, the communication is possible only through police phone set.
According to him all preparation haven been finalized for tomorrow’s election.
