Police have arrested Jit Bahadur Ghartimagar of Joshipur Rural Municipality-1 and Laxman Chettri of Tikapur on November 22 along with the bomb making materials. Police have confiscated 13 kilo grams of bomb making powder.
Satti Police Post have arrested them along with the materials that was being transported to Kailali according to District Police Office of Kailali.
Both arrested were taken into custody for further investigation according to DPO chief Binod Ghimire of Kailali.
