The District Court has ordered to remand 35 years old Bidur Giril of Chautara Sagachok in custody on charge of raping five years old girl.
The accused had raped a girl on June 29 and it was confirmed by the health professionals after the victim’s health started to deteriorate. The victim’s family had lodged an FIR against the accused at DPO on October 8. After the complaint, police had arrested him on October 9 for the investigation.
