A complaint against Nepali Congress HoR candidate Deepak Khadka and state assembly candidate Tanka Rai has been lodged at office of the election officer on November 8 for violating election code of conduct. Both candidates had used chopper for their election campaign against the code of conduct.
On November 5, Khadka had used helicopter in northern part of Bhatkhola rural municipality and complaint against him was lodged jointly by Maoist center and CPN UML according to chief election officer Prakash Raut.
A written clarification has been asked with the candidate according to Raut.
