Police have arrested Raj Kumar Rai and brother-in-law Om Rai on October 23 on charge of murdering 28 years old Laxmi Kumari Rai of Triyuga Municipality-13 quoting RSS source.
Local Mohan Rai said that she was attacked with iron rod on the night of October 22. Police have arrested the accused for investigation however it has denied to give further information.
