An interaction program was held in Jakeshwor of Mahottari on September 14 organized by CCCE.
Speaking at the program INSEC chairperson Subodh Raj Pyakurel said that attentive and aware voters and clean candidate is essential components for the fair and fearless election. He added that in context of Nepal, voters are sensitive however candidates are not.

He added the context of leader changing party over a night to get the ticket for candidate and said how such candidate can be trusted.
He said that none of the political parties have followed the election code of conduct. “The society must move forward without discrimination and extravagance”, he said.
Pyakurel urged all election observers to make a common report from the election on September 18.
Speaking at the program, HURON Chairperson and co-chair of CCCE, Indra Aryal highlighted the importance of observation. He said that there are no alternative for election in democracy and highlighted the important aspect of election.
He showed his concern over the rampant violation of election code of conduct and accused commission and state of failing to implement code of conduct.
