Bal Krishna Pandey,30 , station manager at Radio Hapure and member of FNJ Dang said that he was intimidated and misbehaved by Babai Rural Municipality chief Bal Bahadur Buda of Nepal Congress on September 7.
Nepali Congress village committee had announced for Hapure Band against the disagreement on decision made by Babai Rural Municipality. The victim was misbehaved by him while he was on the way to radio station at Babai RM-5 for defying band.
His motorbike with registration number Ra1Pa3959 was vandalized by the accused along with abusive language.
Pandey sustained head injury and underwent treatment at Health Post in Panchakule.
The victim is preparing to lodge complaint at Area Police Office. Meanwhile, FNJ Dang has published a press statement and condemned the incident of misbehavior. The press statement was also released by press chautari of Dang. The statement signed by the chairperson Tika Basnet demanded for the action against the accused.
