The dwellers of the district are in crisis due to the disruption of electricity since five days. This has also severely affected the patients at District Hospital.
The electricity was disrupted since August 11 and patients are facing crisis after not getting treatment. Dr Rohit Kumar Jha of the hospital said that pregnant and patients with Asthma are facing difficulties.
The hospital could not provide emergency service to the patients because of not having electricity.
The electricity was disrupted due to the incessant rain from the past few days. This has made the people of the district to live in darkness. They are deprived from the communication as well because the charge of their phone are empty. The disruption in electricity has affected the media and some of the radio stations are closed due to the lack of electricity. People are also deprived of their right to information after the disruption of electricity.
