All health services except the emergency services has been disrupted from July 18 in Banke on protest of beatings and misbehavior on doctors along with the vandalisation of the hospital.
Secretary R.K Jha of Nepal Doctors Federation Bheri had lodged a written complaint at District Administration Office against the misbehavior on doctor and demanded the action against Sandeep Singh, Mahesh Khatiwada, Yadav Basyal and Kamal Shahi. The Federation has decided to close hospitals, medical colleges, private hospitals, Nusing home and private clinics on Banke on protest of misbehavior on Dr Shyam Sunder Yadav of Ma Janaki Hospital by the patients’ relatives accusing him of negligence while treating patient.
