The cadres of Nepal Communist Party have misbehaved 35 years old assistant engineer Chita Ram Khadka of District Coordination Committee of Rukum on charge of taking bribe.
He was smeared with black soot after he was found of taking bribe according to party District secretary Chandra Buda. However DSP Angur GC said that no information on misbehavior has been reported in District Police Office yet.
