The victim’s party of 16 years old has lodged a complaint against Sakil Musalman,19 alias Abdullah at District Police Office on July 3 on chare of raping 16 years old girl.
The complaint was lodged on July 3 at DPO according to DSP Bel Bahadur Pandey.
The accused is at large after the incident and search for him is under going according to police. The victim underwent a health check up at District Hospital of Bhairahawa on July 3.
