At least 60 students from Musahar village were enrolled in school by the support of INSEC. They were not in access of school despite of free education provided by the state.
The community in the district of Terai and Madhes being under poverty level could not enroll their children in the school.
Despite of the District Education Office operating new session of admission in the schools, poor Dalit, Musahar children are out of the reach of schools. These children were deprived of education as they could not get uniform, books and timely food from the state.
At least 60 Musahar students from Babarganj-4 of Sarlahi district were enrolled in the school by the initiation of INSEC. They were enrolled by collecting donations.
Children from the whole community have been enrolled in the school along with providing them bag, slippers, books in an initiation of INSEC district representative.
The students were enrolled in Durga Khobhari Secondary School and the principal of the school Devendra Shah said that students were enthusiastic to go to the school after getting books, bags and slippers.
