Police have arrested 27 years old Kul Bahadur Chhetri alias Sandeep of Modi Village council, and Surya Lamichhane , 27 of the same place on March 30 on charge of raping 21 years old woman with psycho-social disability.
Both accused were arrested by the police after a verbal complaint against them were lodged at District Police Office according to inspector Lila Raj Lamichhane.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on March 31.
