Police have arrested 56 years old Durga Prasad Ghimire of Illam, Bornote-1 on March 5 on charge of raping a 17 years old girl.
The accused was arrested by the police after the complaint against him for raping a girl on February 27 was lodged at Area Police Office according to DSP Mahendra Shrestha.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District hospital on February 27.
