National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has monitored the latest post-conflict situation of the victims.
The team led by NHRC sub-regional office of Surkhet had monitored the post-conflict reinstatement situation of conflict victims at Tansen including Rampur, Gothadi by meeting victim’s families. The team owas led by NHRC officials Deepak Thakur and Kalpana Nepal.
NHRC officer Nepal said that the ESC situation of the victims was monitored by the team along with the discussion.
In a discussion program, the victims said that they are slowly reinstating in the society. The team had also monitored Palpa prison and due to the delay in reconstruction of prison building, inmates are facing difficulties according to the NHRC officials.
