Police have arrested Chandra Bahaddur Chauhan,39 of Illam Municiplaity-3 and Ram Maya Baniya,35 of Panchthar Ekattin on January 18 on charge of polygamy.
Both the accused were arrested based on a complaint lodged by first wife Renuka Chauhan.
The case has been registered at District Court and investigation is going on according to Inspector Mohan Thapa.
