The District Court of Arghakhanchi has ordered to sentence 18 years old Buddi Narayan Kurmi for six years along with the penalty of Rs 50,000 on charge of molesting 13 years old girl.
A single bench of district court judge Keshav Prasad Bastola has given a verdict based on enough evidence that proved him guilty.
The accused had molested the girl on June 3 and complaint against him was lodged at police office on July 7. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on a same day.
