Police have arrested Prem Prasad Timilsina, 30 of Pokhara Sub-metropolis and his second wife Kaushalya Bhandari, 24 on December 27 on charge of polygamy.
They were arrested based on a complaint lodged by Kirtana Acharya,30, the first wife of an accused, on December 27 according to the inspector Ganesh Bom of District Police Office.
