Police have arrested 35 years old Umesh Prasad Yadav and his second wife Preeti Kumari Yadav, 20 alias Bacchi on December 20 on charge of polygamy. They were arrested based on a complaint lodged by Rambha Kumari Yadav,32 of Diman VDC-1.
The complaint against them were lodged and the investigation has been initiated according to SP Debesh Lohani of District Police Office.
The victim and accused were married 11 years ago in Hindu culture.
