Police have taken Mohamed Mansuri of Phattepur VDC-2 into custody on November 16. He was absconding after the court had convicted him of polygamy.
A team of police from Phattepur Police Post have arrested Mansuri. The District Court had ordered to sentence him for one month along with two thousand penalty on June 12, 2000. Similarly, his second wife was penalized with Rs 2000.
