Police have arrested Prem Singh Dhami,18 of Dhaulakot VDC-4 on September 5 on charge of attempting to rape a three and half years old girl.
The victim’s family had lodged a complaint at District Police Office of Darchula on September 5 according to DSP Kedar Khanal.
The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital of Darchula on a same day according to Khanal.
