A complaint has been filed against Kisan Sahani, 25, of Madhav Narayan Municipality-3 and a group of two unidentified persons at the Area Police Office, Garuda on September 2 alleging that they had raped a 15-year-old girl on August 30. The complaint was filed by the father of the victim.
The accused Sahani and two others had threatened and raped the victim.
According to DSP Shreeram Bhandari of the Area Police Office, Garuda, Sahani was arrested from Sakhuawa Tole on the night of September 1 and two unidentified accused are absconding.
The Health checkup of the victim was conducted at the Government Hospital in Shivanagar on September 1.
