Police have arrested a 17-year-old boy on July 1, 2021, on the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.
DSP Anupam Shrestha of the District Police Office informed the INSEC representative that the accused was arrested from the spot after the pedestrians informed that the victim was being sexually abused by the accused.
According to DSP Shrestha, the victim lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Dailekh on July 2. The girl was wounded by the beating of the accused.
According to Dr. Sushila Katuwal, the girl was examined and treated at Dailekh Hospital on July 2.
