Police have arrested Kapil Ram Koli, 25, of Mahakali Municipality-7 Dhap on June 12, 2021, on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on June 4.
According to Inspector Narendra Bahadur Chand of the District Police Office, Darchula, the accused was arrested from his house.
A case has been registered against the accused in the district court on June 13 and the victim was examined at the district hospital, Darchula on June 13, said Inspector Chand.
