Police have arrested a 13-year-old brother on March 9 on the charge of raping his 16-year-old sister.
According to the victim, she is eight months pregnant. The victim’s side filed a complaint on March 9 at the District Police Office, Salyan on March 10.
The girl was examined at the Health Service Office, Salyan on March 9.
