Police have arrested Hari Bahadur Pun, 20, of Athabiskot Municipality-9, District Chairperson of the Independent Students Union (Revolutionary) on December 22.
DSP Thaga Bahadur KC of District Police Office informed INSEC that the accused was arrested from Athabiskot Municipality-11 Simbazar after receiving information that the accused was conducting a secret program.
According to Hospital Manager Mahesh Chaulagain, the accused was examined at the District Health Office, Salle on December 22.
