Kuldeep Thapa Magar, 35, a resident of Doramba Rural Municipality-5 has been arrested by the police from the gate of Ramechhap Prison on September 28.
Police have re-arrested Thapa Magar, who was released from prison on September 28 following a verdict of the District Court, Ramechhap.
A case was registered against Thapa Magar at the District Court, Ramechhap on August 11, 2019, on the charge of criminal misconduct.
