Damodar KC, 34 of Sandhikharka Municipality-2 was injured in a police baton charge during a clash between local youths at Sandhikharka Municipality-2.
Damodar KC was injured in a baton charge while he was in a local shop to settle the dispute between the neighbors.
The injured was rushed to the local hospital and was further referred to Bhairahawa for further treatment. He sustained a head injury according to Chief Jaganath Tiwari of District Hospital.
The situation was tensed after police reached the incident site. DSP Eek Narayan Koirala said that the incident is under investigation and action will be taken against anyone found guilty.
One policeman was injured in a clash according to District Police Office.
