Police has registered the case against 18 years old Uttam Rai on charge of rape on14 years old girl on May 11 at District Court.
The victim’s party had lodged a complaint against him at DPO on April 15.
Police had arrested the absconding accused on April 18. The victim underwent a health checkup at District Hospital on a same day according to DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha.
