The victim’s party of nine years old Bhim Bahadur B.K of Baraha Village council-8, Kumbhikot has accused that the boy was beaten by local Batu Shahi and his son Bharat Shahi on charge of touching their kitchen.
The victim’s party accused that the victim was asked to bring torch light from the kitchen and was severely beaten till he lost his consciousness on charge of touching the kitchen. The victim is undergoing treatment at regional office of Surkhet and have several bruises over his body.
The victim’s mother Jaisara B.K said that complaint has been lodged at District Police Office of Surkhet on March 31, demanding the severe action against the accused.
SP Mohan Acharya of DPO Surkhet said that the accused have been arrested and action will be taken against them under the discrimination act, if found guilty.
