Police have arrested 25 years old husband Prem Bahadur Lamichhane on March 25 on charge of intimidating and injuring his 23 years old wife Sashikala Lamichhane of Jugal Village council-4.
The victim had lodged a complaint at police post immidiately after the incident and he was arrested by the police according to DSP Shyam Adhikari.
The victim sustained several bruises over her body due to the beating and she is undergoing treatment at Chautara hospital.
