The meeting of legislative parliamentarian hearing committee held on January 30 has approved the name of Tej Bahadur KC and Purushwottam Bhandari in a post for Supreme Court justice.
The meeting of justice council held on January 2 had sent the names of KC and Bhandari to Parliament secretariat for the recommendation.
There is a provision that president will appoint the approved person from parliament secretariat. The approved KC and Bhandari both are working as a chief judge in high court of Biratnagar and Pokhara.
