Suresh Kumar Sardar, 20 of Terhauta VDC-8 was arrested by the police on January 24 on charge of raping 16 years old girl.
The accused was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim at Diatrsit Police Office. The DPO has registered the case against the accused on same day.
Health check of a victim was conducted at Gajendra Man Singh Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital in Raj Birak on January 24.
