Police arrested Mithilesh Raya, 27, originally from Sarlahi District, Kabilashi Municipality-6, currently residing at Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-4, on April 7 on charges of raping a 19-year-old young woman on April 6.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Makwanpur, on April 7.
The victim underwent a medical examination on the same day at the OCMC of the Hetauda Hospital.
